Nanki-Katsuura catches more tuna from nearby waters than anywhere else in Japan.
Dinner menus, therefore, naturally feature locally caught tuna along with other seasonal seafood and locally procured vegetables.
Kaiseki meals are served at the restaurants in the Main Building and Sanjokan.

The Premium Kaiseki meal is included in our Gokujo, Tenkai and Yoho premium plans.
All ingredients are seasonal and carefully selected from local sources by our Head Chef.
Guest are given a choice of broiled fish or Kumano Beef with dinner.
Guests who opt for the Deluxe Kaiseki meal are served in the private room.
